EcoPromdb is a complete Transcriptional Regulatory network corresponding to E.coli. The Database is developed at Eminent Biosciences, Indore by Dr. Anuraj Nayarisseri and his R & D team. The Database is implemented in MySQL, Perl, Python, PHP and Java. A very user-friendly GUI was designed using HTML, PHP, CSS and dHTML. User can search Genome, Genes, Operons, Promoters, TSS and CDS of Escherichia coli K12. User can also compare the promoters of specific genes with EcoProm using Blast algorithm which is made available in Java.
